60 minutes - This time allows for addressing one specific area of focus, such as the upper body or hips and low back. 75 minutes- This is the minimum time recommended for a full-body treatment. It allows for addressing one area of focus and still giving some attention to the rest of the body. 90 minutes - This time is highly recommended for a thorough full-body treatment.
